What should I do if there’s a problem with the plant upon arrival? 收到的植物有问题怎么办？

We take great care in packaging our plants, but if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Kindly provide photos of the plant and packaging so we can assess the situation and offer a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is important to us!

我们在包装植物时会非常小心，但如果您收到的植物有损坏或状况不佳，请在收到后24小时内与我们联系。烦请提供植物及包装的照片，以便我们评估情况并提供合适的解决方案。您的满意对我们非常重要！

Can I place an order from overseas? 请问接受海外订单吗？

At the moment, we only process orders within Malaysia. Unfortunately, international customs inspections are very strict, and there is a risk that plants may be seized during transit.

目前我们只接受马来西亚境内的订单。由于海外海关检查非常严格，植物在运输过程中有可能会被扣留或没收。

Are the products and prices the same here as on Shopee? 这里的产品和价格跟 Shopee 上的是一样的吗

Please note that prices may vary between platforms. Shopee imposes higher commission and transaction fees, which may result in slightly higher prices on Shopee compared to direct orders placed here.

价格会有所不同，因为 Shopee 平台收取较高的手续费和佣金。因此，Shopee 上的商品价格可能会比我们这里稍高一些。

Is shipping available to East Malaysia? 请问有邮寄东马吗？

We do ship to East Malaysia. However, please note that we are not responsible if the plants are confiscated by customs. For deliveries to East Malaysia, we use Poslaju as our courier service.

我们有邮寄到马来西亚东马地区。但请注意，如果植物在海关检查过程中被没收，我们将不承担责任。东马地区的订单我们会使用 Poslaju 作为快递服务。
